Carers’ Support East Kent is a charity that provides Carers with information and support. In East Kent, 1 in 9 people are Carers. Our services are available to people who look after a relative or friend, who due to physical or mental illness, age related difficulties, disability or an addiction, cannot manage without their support.  Being a Carer is rewarding but it can also be exhausting and challenging at times too.

There are many ways you can help make a difference to the lives of Carers. Whether it’s by making a single or monthly donation, by raising funds or by leaving a gift in your will, you’ll be doing something amazing - helping to change the lives of Carers.  You’ll be giving Carers vital support, reassurance and practical information enabling concerns to be addressed and accurate guidance imparted.   Your support, donation or fundraising will also give Carer’s time to look after their own health and social needs.
